Vickery Injured in win over Sharks

Phil Vickery left the pitch with a knee injury in the 29-19 win over Sale Sharks on Tuesday. He will undergo a scan to see how bad the injury is, but it is possible that he may miss the rest of the season and even England’s tour to New Zealand.

At first it appeared to just be a simple twist, but even after having heavy strapping put on it, Vickery was still in pain, and so had to stop playing after a short while.

Sucks to be Vickery, especially since Wasps are now in a play off place and could win the Premiership this year!
