Rabeni is banned for 14 weeks for gouging - what a moron

Seru Rabeni, the Leicester center has been banned for 14 weeks for eye gouging. He was cited a couple of weeks ago following the match against Saracens, for gouging the eyes of Andy Kyriacou.

Gouging is a very bad thing, and 14 weeks is getting off lightly. Dylan Hartly from Northampton, was banned for 26 weeks last year. I think the minimum recommended ban is 3 months, and can go upto 2 years. It is an evil thing to do, and doesn’t really *help* to win a game.
