Leicester sign Julien Dupuy as 3rd scrum half

Leicester tigers have signed Julien Dupuy, the Biarritz scrum half, which means that the tigers now have thre srcumhalfs on their books. He joins Harry Ellis and Ben Youngs in competing for the number 9 jersey. Dupuy has played in the Heineken Cup for the past 4 years with Biarritz, and as well as this is quite an accomplished goal kicker, which is always a nice skill for a scrum half to have.

This seems a good signing for Leicester, especially as scrumhalfs are quite thin on the ground at the moment.
