Leeds win second game of season

Leeds won their second game of the season on Friday, and as well as this, they also set a record for the quickest try scored in the Premiership.

Leeds beat Newcastle 16-15, with Leeds opening the scoring after 8.2 seconds with a try from Lee Blackett.

Even though Wikinson and Hayman both scored for Newcastle, Leeds just scraped a win due to the kicking of Di Bernado, the Argentine fly half.

Things aren’t really much better for Leeds afte the win however - they are now only 10 points behind second from bottom Worcester.
