Ireland appoint new coach. Whats going to happen now?

Declan Kidney, the current Munster coach, has been appointed as the new Ireland coach. He has signed a contract that will keep him as coach until 2011. However, he wont start until after Ireland’s summer tour of New Zealand and South Africa, so that he can concentrate on Munster and their Heineken cup final against Toulouse on the 24th.
