Let take a little bit of a break from the six nations, and have a quick look at the quicker shorter version of the game - Sevens.

Rugby Sevens is so called becasue it has only 7 players on each side. The game is also shorter, with halves of 7 minutes each, and 1 minute half time break (except for finals of tournaments, where it is 10 minutes a half with a 2 minutes break). There are a lot of differences between this form of rugby and 15 aside rugby. However, you really have to watch it in action to understand.
