From Ireland to The US

Eddie O’Sullivan, the ex Ireland coach has agreed to work as a consultant for several colleges in the United States. He is going to run training and coaching clinics for 6 weeks for several American colleges, including Notre Dame, Brown and Rhode Island. He will also be helping some American Super League teams.

I think this could be seen as a slight step down from coaching Ireland. He is also going to be coaching the International Selection in the Help for Heroes charity match at Twickenham later on this year.
