Ben Cairns signs new Contract
Ben Cairns, the Edinburgh center has been given a two year extension to his current contract with the club. The 22 year old, who played for Scotland against Argentina earlier this year was rewarded for helping his team to come 4th in the Magners League.
Edinburgh, coached by Andy Robinson, are looking towards building up their squad, and as Andy Robinson said:
Ben had a good season last year culminating in his Test debut for Scotland. But it is important he continues to make improvements and that is why he has been given a new deal.
Cairns played in both of Scotland’s matches against Argentina, in which both sides won one a piece, and we can expect to see him playing more for Scotland in the future.
